TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms that apply when you buy a GSheets FitPro coaching system (Core or Growth).

1. WHO WE ARE
GSheets FitPro is a product of Fitpro Systems Limited, registered in England and Wales Contact: Liam@fitprosystems.co.uk or WhatsApp +44 7950 462386.
2. WHAT YOU’RE BUYING
You’re buying a Google Sheets coaching system (Core £397 or Growth £597), built and branded for your coaching business. What’s included in each package is listed on the sales page at the time you buy.
3. PAYMENT
Payment is taken through Stripe. In supported countries you can pay with Klarna in 3 instalments. Outside Klarna countries you can pay in 2 instalments: a 50% deposit, then the remaining 50%. With the 2-instalment option, your system is sent once the second payment has been received.
4. DELIVERY
Once you’ve completed the onboarding form and sent your logo, brand colour and photos, your system will be delivered within 5 working days by email and WhatsApp. Delivery can’t start until we have everything we need from you.
5. NO REFUNDS
Every system is built and branded for you individually and you keep a copy of it once it’s delivered. Because of this, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you agree that work on your system can start straight away and that you lose any right to cancel once it has started. If you’re struggling with any part of the system, message us. We’ll give you extra support until it’s working for you.
6. YOUR LICENCE
You can use the system for your own coaching business, with as many clients as you like, for as long as you like. No monthly fees, no per-client fees. You can’t resell, share, give away or copy the system (or any part of it) for anyone else, or use it to build a competing product. The design, structure and formulas remain the property of Fitpro Systems Limited.
7. UPGRADES
Core customers can upgrade to Growth at any time by paying the difference shown on the sales page at the time.
8. SUPPORT
Every purchase includes a free 30-minute setup call, access to the members’ area and support over WhatsApp. Support covers using the system as built. Bespoke changes to your system are quoted separately.
9. YOUR CLIENTS’ DATA
Your system lives in your own Google Drive. Once it’s delivered, you can move it out of our shared folder so we have no access to it. If you need help, you can share a specific sheet with us, and we’ll only use that access to fix the issue you’ve asked about. You’re responsible for how you collect and store your clients’ information.
10. YOUR COACHING
The system is a tool for organising your coaching. It isn’t medical, nutritional or legal advice. You’re responsible for the advice and programmes you give your clients.
11. GOOGLE
The system runs on Google Sheets, Forms and Drive. You’ll need a Google account. We’re not responsible for changes to, or outages of, Google’s services.
12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the system.
13. LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
